Dr. Sandte Stanley, PhD, MPH, MA
I’m Dr. Sandte Stanley, a behavioral and social scientist with over a decade of experience designing and strengthening curricula that are grounded in evidence and built for real-world impact. My work sits at the intersection of curriculum development and evaluation—helping organizations design learning experiences informed by research, learning science, and continuous feedback. I partner with teams to clarify goals, embed evaluation into the design process, and translate data into practical insights that ensure programs are effective, responsive, and sustainable.
Outside of my work, I find inspiration in mentoring emerging leaders, traveling to new places, and lifelong learning, which shapes the way I connect with clients and approach challenges.
I am a proud alumni who earned a PhD in Sociology from Washington State University, a Master of Arts in Sociology from Rice University, a Master of Public Health from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University.
