Dr. Sandte Stanley, PhD, MPH, MA
I’m Dr. Sandte Stanley, a behavioral and social scientist with over a decade of experience helping organizations strengthen their programs through evaluation, research, and curriculum development. My passion is transforming data into clear, actionable insights that lead to meaningful impact. I do this by helping you ask the right questions, gather the right information, and stay at the forefront of evidence-based decision-making—ensuring that your programs, projects, and strategies are both effective and sustainable.
Outside of my work, I find inspiration in mentoring emerging leaders, traveling to new places, and lifelong learning, which shapes the way I connect with clients and approach challenges.
I am a proud alumni who earned a PhD in Sociology from Washington State University, a Master of Arts in Sociology from Rice University, a Master of Public Health from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University.
